In 1999 AD Architects developed the newly formed Virtual Human research facility located in Marina del Rey, California. The project was a partnership with Paramount Studios and USC. Four years later, AD developed the Flat World environment in Playa Vista for large scale virtual human development. The campus is now completed providing a unique research environment for research of the future.
