Seaport Centre is a high-tech business park located in Redwood City, California, United States, and is one of the largest biotechnology research complexes in the San Francisco Bay Area. This 85-acre site was master planned and designed by AD to provide up to 1 million SF of space. The project developers, Lincoln Property Company NorCal, purchased the site from Leslie Salt. The site is situated in proximity to the port of Redwood City. There has been a consistent trend of the property's use as a research and development hub for the biotech industry since initial development started.
