Mixed Use-Retail Center planned in Walnut Creek, California east of San Francisco. The three-story retail building incorporated rooftop public uses such as events, celebrations, weddings and night life activities located in the center of the prime downtown retail district. The former rear alley way was re-designed as outdoor pedestrian mall with dining and public sitting space on evenings.
